To ensure the highest level of service, our processors manage a maximum of 20 files at a time.

All of the above. We communicate a lot and update often and we do that by whichever way is most convenient for all parties involved. 

How frequently do you provide updates on the status of loans in the pipeline?

Brokers updated daily and clients updated at least every Tue & Fri. 

What is your fee structure (per file, hourly, flat rate, etc.)?

We have the ability to handle everything, but what we handle will be determined on our initial call.
